1、總述

　　LF型風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)窗是用來調(diào)節(jié)和控制空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中新風(fēng)、回風(fēng)、排風(fēng)量。風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)窗葉片采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁合金型材，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)采用牽桿式。具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、堅(jiān)固穩(wěn)定、調(diào)節(jié)靈活、漏風(fēng)量小和線性調(diào)節(jié)性能好、氣流通暢、葉片光滑、耐酸、耐腐等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)窗側(cè)面安裝手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)手柄，也可安裝電動(dòng)或氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥。葉片轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)為順開形。

　　LF型固定百葉窗通常安裝在空調(diào)室的新風(fēng)進(jìn)口端或排風(fēng)出口端的墻壁上，可有效地防止室外雨、雪、等雜物進(jìn)入空調(diào)室。具有重量輕、阻力小、安裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。葉片采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁合金型材制成，具有外形美觀、阻力低、堅(jiān)固耐用等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

　　安裝時(shí)，需在墻上預(yù)留安裝孔，預(yù)留孔尺寸為B×H。風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)窗直接靠在墻面上，四周用膨脹螺栓固定。固定百葉窗需嵌入安裝孔，邊框覆在墻面上，再用膨脹螺栓將之固定。

LF model adjusting window is designed to control capacity of new air, return air and exhaust air in air conditioning system. Blade of adjusting window is made of high quality aluminum alloy material. And its rotation is realized by draw lever system. The adjusting window is featured by simple structure, stable construction, flexible in adjustment, low air leakage, smooth air flow, glossy blade, acid and corrosion proof etc. Manual adjusting hand shank is installed at the side of the window, which can be replaced by electricity or air-powered maneuvering valve. Blade rotating direction is clockwise.

LF model louver is usually installed at the new air inlet or on the wall of exhaust air outlet of the air conditioning system, to avoid the effects of outdoor impurities such as rain, snowflakes. LF model louver is featured by light weight, low resistance, and easy installation etc. Blade of louver is made of high quality aluminum alloy material, which has such advantages as artistic outline, low resistance and good durability.

For installation, pre-opened holes on the wall are needed. Size of pre-opened hole is B×H. Air capacity adjusting window is installed directly on the wall, fixed by plug bolt all around; while louver should be inserted into mounting hole firstly, leaving frame on the wall, then fixed by plug bolt all around.

百葉窗型號(hào)：Louver type: LFB-B×H

常用規(guī)格 Standard Specification：

單扇調(diào)節(jié)窗、百葉窗留孔尺寸即本尺寸，Single-fan adjustable window, louver dimensions are indicated beside.

調(diào)節(jié)窗可雙拼組合，左右兩側(cè)安裝調(diào)節(jié)手柄，手柄向上，葉片開，手柄向下，葉片關(guān)。

百葉窗雙拼連接中間加50×50方管。

Adjusting window can be two-sorts combination, with adjusting handles at right and left sides, blades open when handles up, close when handles down.

Two-sorts Louvers can be connected by 50×50 square tubes in middle.

5、安裝要求 Set-up requirement:

　　將調(diào)節(jié)窗貼緊窗洞，四周邊框用膨脹螺栓固定，窗框與墻體間隙用密封膠或泡沫填充劑填充。

　　將百葉窗嵌入預(yù)留窗洞，用膨脹螺栓固定，外框與墻體間隙用密封膠或泡沫填充劑填充。

Fit adjusting window or louver to window hole, fix four corner frames with plug bolts, fill the gaps between framework and wall with sealant and foam filler.

6、檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：Inspection Criteria

調(diào)節(jié)窗：

　　邊框折邊平直，無毛刺，角碼連接牢固，不變形，對(duì)角線誤差≤3mm;葉片切割平整，兩端倒角，去毛刺，葉片長(zhǎng)度統(tǒng)一，葉片裝配方向一致，手柄開關(guān)方向一致;塑料連接件裝配緊密，無松動(dòng)。

　　葉片開啟、關(guān)閉流暢，兩端無嚴(yán)重刮擦，無刺耳聲音。關(guān)閉時(shí)葉片搭接處接觸一致，無縫隙。

　　安裝后窗框與墻體貼緊，無明顯縫隙。

Adjusting window:

Edge-folding sheets of framework should be straight even, no burrs, brackets connection solid, no contortion, diagonal error less than 3mm, smooth cutting edge of blades, chamfer at both ends, deburring, identical blade length, the same assembly direction of blades and handle switches, solid connection of plastic connectors, no loose.

After assembling, frameworks should fit snugly with wall, without obvious gap.

百葉窗：

　　邊框焊接平整，無毛刺，不變形，對(duì)角線誤差≤3mm;葉片切割平整，兩端倒角，去毛刺，葉片長(zhǎng)度統(tǒng)一，葉片裝配方向一致;葉片裝配緊密，平行，無松動(dòng);窗框安裝垂直誤差≤5mm，水平誤差≤2mm;

　　安裝時(shí)窗框與墻體貼緊，無明顯縫隙。窗框與外墻間隙無積水，無滲漏。

Louver:

Smooth welding of framework, no burrs, no contortion, diagonal error less than 3mm, smooth cutting edge of blades, chamfer at both ends, deburring, identical blade length, the same assembly direction of blades and handle switches, solid connection of plastic connectors, no loose. Vertical error of assembly should be less than 5mm, vertical less than 2mm.

After assembling, frameworks should fit snugly with wall, without obvious gap.

調(diào)節(jié)窗四邊用固定件固定于墻體。當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)窗高度H≤1836時(shí)左右兩側(cè)各固定2處；當(dāng)高度H＞1836時(shí)，左右各固定3處。當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)窗寬度B≤1200時(shí)，上下兩邊各固定1出，當(dāng)寬度B＞1200時(shí)，上下兩邊各固定2處。

  All corners of adjusting window should be fixed to the wall. When height of window less than 1836mm,left and right sides should be fixed in two positions. When height of window is above 1836mm, left and right sides should be fixed in three positions. When breadth less than 1200mm, upper and lower frames should be fixed at one position each, when breadth is above 1200mm, upper and lower frames should be fixed in 2 positions each.
