水過濾器主要用于紡織廠空調(diào)室中循環(huán)水的過濾和各行業(yè)制冷站冷凍循環(huán)水的過濾?？捎行У亟鉀Q噴嘴堵塞和防止制冷機(jī)熱交換器換熱管的堵塞。

　　LF型反沖式水過濾器由機(jī)架、回轉(zhuǎn)式濾網(wǎng)、反沖水管、集污裝置、傳動(dòng)變速機(jī)構(gòu)等組成，傳動(dòng)部件產(chǎn)品采用尼龍銷齒傳動(dòng)。含有雜質(zhì)的水穿過濾網(wǎng)，雜質(zhì)被留在濾網(wǎng)的表面，當(dāng)濾網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)到反沖水管出口的位置時(shí)，雜質(zhì)被反沖水沖離濾網(wǎng)表面，隨轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的毛刷進(jìn)入集污裝置，由人工定期清除。經(jīng)過濾網(wǎng)過濾后，清水由轉(zhuǎn)籠內(nèi)流出，被水泵吸水管吸走。

　　水過濾器安裝時(shí)，水平放置，出水口朝向清水池，機(jī)架與水池墻體密封，水位線剛浸沒中心進(jìn)水管。

Water filter is mainly used for circulating water filtering in air conditioning system of textile mills or freezing circulating water filtering of refrigerator in all industries. The application of water filter can prevent spraying nozzle blockage and heat pipe blockage of heat exchanger in refrigerators.

LF model back purge water filter consists of engine frame, rotary screen, back purge water pipe, collecting tank and transmission shifting mechanism etc. Transmission shifting mechanism is realized by nylon pin wheel driving. Impure water runs through filtering screen, and impurities are filtered onto screen surface. Then dirty screen turns towards back purge water pipe, which is applied to wash away impurities. The impurities are removed into collecting tank by brush. Collecting tank needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure normal use. Filtered water runs out of screen filter cylinder and will be pumped away for further use.

Water filter should be installed horizontally with water outlet towards pool for filtered water storage. Make sure there is no leakage of engine frame and pool wallboard. The waterline is appropriate if it can just immerse center water inlet pipe.
